1. Types of Users

There are two types of users. Those that we classify as 'user', persons who visit the site, and those classified as 'companies', which are companies involved in the tourist industry and have registered and provided their information to be shown on the Tourismchile.com website.

2. User Registration for Companies

The registration of users into the portal database allows them to have access to user tools and user area of the site. Users may only provide one account for each company providing information. Tourismchile.com reserves the right to delete or eliminate permanently any user if it is found that a particular company has registered for several services as a 'company' using more than one user account.

Only persons or companies providing a legally constituted tourist service can register as a user under the category 'company'. Persons who register their information and are not legally constituted to provide tourist services are directly violating the conditions of Tourismchile.com. Tourismchile.com reserves the right to eliminate permanently any registered user who does not abide by the user registration conditions.

In the case that a company posseses several outlets, they must use the same user account.

3. Information Submitted by Users

All the information which the users provide to Tourismchile.com whilst registering must be truthful and, by the same token, Tourismchile.com is committed to not make use of it except for internal use.

The information providede byt the users will be displayed on the portal for the site visitors, thus it is the responsibility of the users to ensure their information is correct and up to date.

It is forbidden to publish information which will cause moral offence, be it photographic or textual, including agressive or offensive language. All pornographic material is prohited from being exhibited on this site. By the same token it is forbidden to offend of insult other companies.

4. Elimination of Registered Users

Tourismchile.com reserves the right to eliminate permanently any company which registers information in contradiction to the quality of content or the legal conditions of the portal site.

5. Use of Personal Information

Tourismchile.com retains the right to use the user information to market and offer and inform of its own products and updates. Under NO circumstances will your information be facilitated or sold to third parties. Tourismchile.com does not advocate or support spam or email mass marketing or unsolicited email. The Tourismchile.com registered users understand that we will send emails regarding our own updates and marketing, and that these will not be considered as SPAM.

The conditions established by Tourismchile.com can be modified at any time, and it is understood that the users keep themselves informed. It is not the responsibility of Tourismchile.com to inform of variations in the conditions.
