Dalcahue is located 152 km from Puerto Montt, 64 km from Ancud and 1,174 km from Santiago. You can get there:

By Car
From Puerto Montt, take the Panamericana Sur highway to Pargua to take the ferry that crosses the channel to Chacao and takes you to the island. This crossing takes 25 minutes. Once on the island, take Ruta 5 Sur towards the west, which will bring you to Ancud, from where you should take the local road for 64 km until you get to Dalcahue.
