This is a small resort town located on the north shore of Calafquén Lake, with approximately 3,000 inhabitants. Its name means ‘flower of rock’ in the Mapuche language, and it is located 30 km from the city of Villarrica and 50 km from Pucón.

There are four distinctive sectors: the Península, Playa Grande, Playa Chica and the Embarcadero.

La Península has viewpoints from where you can see Licán Ray, the lake and its islands. Located between Playa Grande and Playa Chica, its main point of access is at the beginning of Costanera Felipe Manquel Street.
