The resort is set on the north west flank of the Villarrica Volcano in the National Park which bears its name, 18 km. from Pucón. The centre offers a magnificent view of the five lakes.

It has five drag lifts, four chairs and 20 pistes for all levels, as well as restaurants, coffee shop and a place to leave items for safe-keeping. You can hire ski equipment, snowmobiles, and toboggans, and there is a ski school with specialist instructors.

Access is via Temuco and Freire to Villarrica and Pucón. The distance from Temuco is 110 km. of paved road, and then 18 km of gravel road from Pucón up to the resort. Transport can be arranged through the Municipal Tourism Office in Pucón, or you can drive up in your private vehicle.

The season starts in July and continues until mid October.
