From either north or south on the Pan-American Highway, or Ruta 5.
By Bus:
There are daily departures from the two terminals in Santiago: Terminal Alameda, in Avenida Bernardo O'Higgins (direct access from the Metro, Universidad de Santiago station) and Terminal Sur Santiago in Avenida Bernardo O'Higgins, 3750 (one block away from the Metro, Universidad de Santiago station).
By Air:
There are daily flights from Santiago to Temuco. The flight takes one hour.
By Train:
With EFE (Empresa de Ferrocarriles del Estado). Inquiries in Temuco Station, Barros Arana 191; Telephone (56) (45) 233416.
